How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made just for you after you order. This on-demand approach helps us cut down waste and stay intentional about what we create. Most orders are printed, packed, and shipped within 5–9 business days, and you’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5 flat for all U.S. orders.
Shipping is free on orders over $60 when you use the promo code FREESHIP60 at checkout. Limitations apply.

How do I use the free shipping code?
If your cart total is $60 or more, enter FREESHIP60 in the promo code box at checkout. Your shipping discount will apply before you complete your order. The code may not work if your shipping costs exceed our threshold.

What if I forget to use the code?
No worries—just reach out to us at dreamthinkcreatellc@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet—but we’re working on it!

Will my order arrive in one package?
Since each item is printed on demand, your order may arrive in separate packages depending on availability and fulfillment times. But don’t worry—we’ll send tracking for each shipment.

Anything else I should know?
Some items (like sweatshirts) run a little snug. Be sure to check sizing details on each product page, and consider sizing up if you prefer a looser fit.
